What a sorry excuse for a lawyer. This man represented my mother in her divorce case. I first met Mr. Rodriguez in my mother’s first court hearing. Mr. Rodriguez was completely unprepared, and his suit was way too big for him. He made himself look like a complete fool and us along with him, while the opponents lawyer was completely prepared and because of that won that hearing. Mr. Rodriguez knew nothing about my mother or her case the entire time, while the other lawyer knew everything about her. He did not prepare my mother at all for the questions that the judge was going to ask her. After we lost the hearing we confronted Mr. Rodriguez about why that just happened. He became very hostile and started yelling at me. He blamed the judge, the lawyer, myself and my mother, for how unprepared he was. If only he had the anger in the court instead of at me. Him and his two paralegals are virtually impossible to get a hold of. The paralegals never know anything when you give him a call and just tell you they will give you a call back which they never do. Dealing with this law office was worse than the divorce itself. At the end of the divorce, Mr. Rodriguez Had the nerve to make a pass at my mother when they were doing the final signing alone in a room, making her very uncomfortable. Do not use this law office.

Where do I even start? I had such a horrible experience with Mr. Ross and his secretary's. They were rude disrespectful and unprofessional. They made what was already a horrible situation with my divorce even worse. i had know choice to stay with them because i had already invested so much money and time submitting any paperwork that would help my case. My fist court date for divorce Mr. Ross did not even show. The court had to reschedule after months of even getting a court date. When i finally did meet Mr. Ross in person he was extremely rude. We had that one more court appearance and Mr. Ross looked like a fool. Very unprepared. I would call his office and both his secretary's were so rude and made it uncomfortable to try and get updates. I never received an itemized bill like i asked. When i was in the office i asked for the receipt and i was told "the printer was broken" what kind of office does not a have a working printer? Then i asked for it to be emailed and they never sent it. I have asked on several occasions, and still nothing. They are certified crooks. My X husbands lawyer finally decided to settle and that is the only reason i was able to receive the little i did. This whole experience was a nightmare and unfortunately the worst part was dealing with my lawyer and his two unprofessional paralegals Carolyn and Debra. I beg you to not put yourself in this same situation. I guarantee you will regret it. They need to be reported to the state bar.

I’ve been fighting for my kids since April 2024 hearing after hearing not from the father of my kids it was from my mother I had doubts but I never stopped praying and ROSS and his legal team never gave up on my children and I. Today FEBRUARY 10th 2025 this 3 day trial what was supposed to only be 6-8 hrs ROSS RODRIGUEZ DID SUCH AN AMAZING AND OUTSTANDING JOB!!! I WAS GRANTED FULL CUSTODY OF MY KIDS! THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSS RODRIGUEZ FOR PUTTING UP A FIGHT AND FIGHTING TO THE END. MY FAMILY APPRECIATES YOU VERY MUCH!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! I’ve dealt with lawyers before for different situations & yes they are all the same all they care about is the money, however these people here BY FAR have been the worst! We hired them in July gave them part of the down payment we were giving monthly payments as agreed with Caroline however NOTHING has been done with our case we still have not even spoken to this Ross Rodriguez man. Their website says “She is warm & welcoming and will ensure that you quickly feel that you have chosen the right firm for your case” that’s all bs. Yes at first that’s how she made us feel she’d return our calls/texts QUICKLY if we had any questions but once we hired her & gave her that money all that changed. Trying to get answers from her now or to return our calls or texts is almost impossible she can’t even give us the courtesy of saying “don’t worry we’re working on your case or something to that matter just to make us feel like they haven’t forgotten about us & to ensure that we made the right decision. Her demeanor has completely changed & the little times we’ve been able to talk to her she is now very rude. DO NOT HIRE them! Find someone else to help with your case.
