For richman I was hoping you guys would take my case seriously, my Chiropractor has called 7 times within a month to get a piece of mind to see how will you proceed with my payment for the bodily injury, and we have heard nothing back, it was before and after holidays we have been trying to contact, as well by email. This is embarrassing, how do you run a business like that to the point I have to publicly harass to get things done, or at least a call to the chiropractor. This is not even counting my other medical bills and the emergency that my kids were involved in.
