I contacted the office to inquire about getting representation. Left a voicemail, three days later I got a voicemail back. Called back again and gave my details to the intake person who advised they would check with the lawyer to see if they had capacity to take on my work and would call me back in 24/48 hours. 5 days later I called back, got a different intake person who didn't have an update. They told me they would have the other intake person call me back that day. It's been another 5 days and I'm still waiting for a response. Total waste of 2+ weeks of my time when they should have just declined the work if they were not able to provide bare minimum communication to say yes/no in a reasonable time.
