This man is amazing ! Many of you can relate that when you get a court appointed attorney they just don't care! This is even worse in Montgomery county TN because they have the paid attorneys take on x amount of pro bono cases. When the judge said Allan Rassas I have never heard of him but I went straight to his office to let him know who and what I was about. Long story short I saved a puppy from two pit bulls the girl lived with her mom and they had no way to keep the puppy safe so they asked me to.take.her. later on the girls asked to move in with me when I declined she put false charges of theft on me. I already knew this attorney wasn't going to care. I could not have been more wrong. He was up late emailing me , he was making calls and doing his own detective work and when we went in that court room he was READY PERIOD. He blew so many holes threw the girls story and tbh until him I've never heard a attorney yell objection but he was on it ! He was not allowing her to do this to me no matter what. He was so good that the prosecutor in the middle of the trial said " with this new information we move to nully this case" !!!! Not many people are unforgettable but I will never forget the attorney who fought for the poor girl who couldn't pay him with everything he would give a paying customer. Plus y'all he is very impressive as an attorney he knows all the laws and what to say. If I ever have any other cases he is the guy for me. Trust me this one is worth it.
