Helping a freind who just had a baby, starting a new business and in the process of moving his family into a new home narrow down a new attorney. Have heard great reviews about this gentleman but as soon as I started to explain these things and was actually in the middle of complimenting Mr. Smith about what others say he Interrupted me to first make a side comment about my friend being too busy to which I explained or attempted to that he asked me to "narrow down the best attorneys along with see if they can start in a short 2 days, but I've heard great reviews about you so I thought......" Interrupted yet again to say " That doesn't sound like someone I would be interested in representing"! ! I was going to ask for a better explanation but not only was his tone off putting but I was reading his reviews and I noticed he belittles those who leave low reviews. Just read his responses on here and you will most likely see all you need to . I than called my friend who said that Mr. Smith was his 1st call when he was released and the man made him lose all hope by speaking down to him. Yes his case is tough and not an easy win but had the gentleman heard me out as to why my friend was too busy than maybe he would have also heard about all the hard work my friend has done to be a positive role model for his new baby and a valuable member of society who deserves their fair chance in court

Highly recommend Chase Smith. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He superseded our expectations. He was able to get us into the office same day and made our entire process seamless. When I first met chase he was representing another client in court, I pulled the client to the side in asked him who is this attorney, he let me meet chase then I explained my situation he gave me a price and then we went on from there! I’m still fighting my case but so far what I can say is Chase is a Very good guy, I’ve called him several times he always pick up or get back with me, he’s always going above and beyond for his clients.
