Absolutely the best. A little higher on the price end but SO worth it. Mr. McFarland was confident in my case from day 1 and stuck to his promise of getting my divorce taken care of and everything I wanted when it came to custody. He WILL stand up for you and he will NOT back down. The entire legal team is so incredibly helpful and are amazing at keeping communication. They answered any questions I had and responded back to me almost immediately every time. Tammara was also especially helpful during the times I had questions or concerns! 10/10 would recommend if you are serious about winning your case. I recommend them to all of my friends or anyone who asks me how I got such a good result in my case.

This lawyer doesn't get your divorce done. Even if the judge rules in your favor, he doesn't file the necessary paperwork to get anything done, then wants more money to do it. She was ordered a motion to compel and granted 3 times and he never put her in contempt to do it. I'm still forced to pay her thousands every month cause I don't have the official divorce decree to take to finance and they didn't compel her to show her her finances during our final trial as she was compelled to do. After almost 3 years (and finally a divorce granted) he still hasn't filed the paperwork for the divorce decree. This is after he didn't show up for court, ex didn't file paperwork on time (which means should have been an automatic divorce years ago anyways) and a drawn out process. Just want the divorce decree already. Sloppy service all the way around. No way this man has all 5 star reviews. Can't even get him to call back. He must delete all neg reviews. Will also be going to the TBPR to file a complaint. Update: he wrote a reply in which he doesn't take accountability for his actions of letting this case go a lot longer than it should have because of his neglect. He shouldn't have paid anymore money due to the fact when he filed for divorce, (back in 2022) she didn't even answer for months. A good lawyer would have swooped in and filed after 30, or even 60 days to get their client what they want and it would have been a shut case after 2 months. Should not have dragged on 3 years of opposing counsel getting their way when she finally did show up screwing him in the end. You also didn't "scour" the internet. You asked him the next day after I posted this if I was his gf on the phone. Why you replied back to this 2 months later?? When we finally got the final copy in the mail only AFTER I wrote this review and filed a complaint with the state for your neglect?? Nothing was ever enforced in this case, so a veteran suffers again. Have a wonderful day.
