Went in for a consultation with Mr. Nava regarding a family member. I found him to be very polite and courteous. I never felt rushed as he listened to all of my concerns. I have worked at other immigration firms and I was very impressed that Mr. Nava does all the work himself. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly evaluates all possibilities for your situation. Consultation fee was very reasonable. He is also bilingual which is very important in this field. I would highly recommend visiting Mr. Nava for a consultation to address your immigration needs.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ramon Nava Law APC regarding immigration an H-1B process consultation. My appointment was scheduled for today, June 18, 2024, at 4:30 PM. Despite receiving a reminder from Calendly and confirming my appointment twice, no one showed up at the office. I arrived promptly and waited outside the locked office corridor until 6 PM. During this time, I called the office number three times and was repeatedly assured that the lawyer would be there shortly. However, no one arrived, and I received no proper communication or updates. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I wasted nearly an hour and a half of my time waiting for an appointment that was not honored. This lack of reliability and organization is unacceptable, especially for an immigration law firm where timely and accurate guidance is critical. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ramon Nava Law APC. If you value your time and need dependable legal support, I suggest looking elsewhere.

All I have to say is that if you set your hours online, then maybe there should be someone at the office. It is ridiculous to have set times online and have the office be closed when you were also asked prior to me having to drive here from out of town. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude. One last thing, make sure the people answering the phone have better customer service and the correct information regarding the office address.

By far the best experience I’ve had with an immigration attorney! Very knowledgeable of immigration laws and policies. He does everything himself which gives you peace of mind. No assistants he does it all. Any questions or concerns I had at any time were always direct contact whether it was phone, email or text.
