Initially Kalyan’s service was really enthusiastic and caring; however over the course of the last 2 years he’s really lost my trust and made me feel like we’re not a priority or worth his or his firms time. They botched a simple trademark filing for us, which he’s resolved; however when we asked for a partial refund for their mishandling of what really is a simple filing , he told me that he would rather lose my business. I referred a friend of mine to him when he was selling his business and I totally looked like a fool for having recommended him, he was sloppy and missed a bunch of errors in the contract that my friend found when reading; he told me that Kalyan was essentially useless during the process and that I shouldn’t recommend him to anyone else. Quite frankly I think he’s bit off more business than he can chew and that he’s unable to meet his clients needs in an equitable way. If he had agreed to reimburse me for our botched trademark, which he’s been working on since June of 2022 (still hasn’t fully gone through for everything) I probably would have stayed quiet, but at this point I think it’s highly disrespectful. Kalyan, get it together and have some integrity; apologies and broken promises doesn’t change your clients’ bottom line or the needs of their businesses.
