I had used this law firm twice in the past. I contacted them in January 2023 to find out if they would handle a case for me. I was given an appointment to meet with Dan Pilka in person. I presented my concerns and was asked to email substantiating documents. I did so immediately. However, after numerous calls, emails and attempts to reach both Dan and Scott I can only conclude that because I’m a Black woman they wouldn’t even give me the respect of telling me that they were not going to help me.
