This attorney will take your money. He isn’t about helping the clients. This attorney is more for the courts than the clients. He will let the courts do what ever. Then he lies and tells stories. He will tell his client one thing and tell the family another. He will let the Prosecutor do whatever and allow anything to be put on you after the case is over. Allowed the judges to do whatever as well. I won’t allowed this to be allowed. I am taking further action in my part against this and against this corrupt courts. Then he will allow the Courts to cont asking you questions about the case after it’s all over with which isn’t allowed and also deformation your character on record if you were not arrested you are not suppose to be questioned or put you in the case which they did after. This attorney allowed all that to take place.look for another attorney trust me. If your points are high don’t bother he won’t fight for you to get lowered time. He will agree with the judge and the prosecutor. Run the other way.

If I could give a 0/10 I totally would!! We retain him & did NOTHING for us his ALL about his money which I wouldn't mind at all but make sure you do what your supposed to do. The ONLY time I would hear from Cohen was to schedule a payment. Now the father of my kid doing 15yrs b/c he didn't try to do anything for us!! And any time my kids dad would tell him to submit a certain motion he would tell us "No that he wasn't doing that" without an explanation & most of the time if I asked questions he would tell me that he couldn't discuss it with me only him & he would tell me that the lawyer wouldn't tell him anything that he only saw him 3 times if that the whole yr he was going to court. wish I would of went with a different Lawyer. His definitely for the state NOT his client(s). PLEASE search your options before hiring him don't be like me & waste your money!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is terrible. Rude, didn't do his job I hired him to do. Do not recommend to anyone! If you're looking for a lawyer to help you, keep looking. He won't help you. Didn't even talk to the DA until the 5 minutes before court. Seriously though, how do they get away with this? This system so corrupt and messed up! There is absolutely no justice, it's all about $money$!! And if you don't have it, you're screwed! If I could give 0 stars I would, that's how disappointed and unhappy about how he handled my husband's case!

Attention CDL Driver, stay away from this attorney. I was assigned to Ms. Cohen by CDL Legal agency to represent me in a citation that I got in Florida Polk County. I had a pictures and video proof of my innocence and it was provided to CDL Legal. CDL Legal assigned my case to Ms Cohen and forwarded my proof of innocence to Ms. Cohen. Ms Cohen has not updated me with any information until I had to call to check the status. Then it was too late and already done. Without any updates on my case, he already made his decision what to do with my case. To this attorney this means nothing and to a CDL Drivers it's their living, especially if you get a citation by a corrupted Police officer. I wanted him to represent, fight and dismiss my case because he had a 100% proof to do so. This is also one of the corrupted attorneys that don't care about your rights he is just going to do whatever he wants. Afterwards he will try to convince you that it’s not a big of a deal and it’s ok. It makes his work easier not to fight for the truth and do his best ability to work for you. As a translator in the past I had a lot of experience with services provided by different attorneys and this is definitely one of the worst and unprofessional service experienced I had. I would NOT recommend this attorney to anyone.
