It was impressive to have the opportunity to actually speak with Ms Lopez at the beginning. She was wonderful. As time went by, Staff stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. If I called, they either took the call or returned it quickly. Everyone involved along the way was patient, kind, understanding and explained all details, sometimes 2 or 3 times if I needed it!
