I don't know.... they have employees that have small business that take people's money for goods and don't produce any product and don't keep in touch with the customer or offer refunds... if their own employees do that I can only imagine what the business they are working for teaches them.

This law firm went above and beyond to reach me in order to collect on a lawsuit I had over 20 years ago. I'd gone through a divorce and moved a couple of times after and they sent letters out to each possible person matching my name and address until they finally found me. It wasn't much because the couple I sued cheated the system, signing everything over to their daughter and declaring bankruptcy, but it was at least something to help my now adult son, who'd been attacked by their dog.
