To Phillips law firm I had work injury 2 times knee surgery Nanette Was my case manager for 18 months took money from my compensation check after they took my case i cal them and i have many emails.text messages they never responded. At the time for my case settlement they left me with out letting me know at list one day before they told me we removed our name from your claim To all who needs. Attorney they never care about you only care about them money I did big mistake i choose them

These guys SUCK!!!! If I could give them No stars! I would ! They don’t reach out to you at all I was dealing with these guys for 3 years never once did anyone ever call my phone At ALL I ALWAYS had to call them all the time and for over a year I got no answer on anything they person they had assigned my case to was out of the office for over 10 months and kept getting the same answer every time I would call them to just check on the status of my case! I truly wish I never went to these guys at all! I don’t recommend anyone to go to these low life people these house were so horrible I personally wish there was I way I could sue em myself never ever have I seen a lawyers that were soo discombobulated like these guys buy except top dollar. Save your time and money and don’t deal with these guys!

I filed a claim through labor and industry's. I was told by my claim manager my lawyer did not file for time Loss So if my case is Not reopen, I will not be eligible for any of the hours I've lost. My lawyer was not in communication with me for most of my case,And even told me " People don't like working for people who are constantly bothering them" As of reaching out for communication is a bother, I would think it's a job responsibility! My lawyer's name was Nannet Cohen.

Call them for car accident only interested in knowing if we have insurance and the other parties insurance. Wasting 30 minutes on the phone and no attorney available next week and will contact us if they decide to take our case and represent us. Should have tell us earlier that no attorney was available instead of asking for detail of the accident to see if it’s worth their time.

I was working with them and they switched my case to someone else without informing me and it took me reaching out for an update to be told that essentially said it wasn’t their issue and to stop contacting them and to reach out to this man I’ve built no familiarity or rapport with and as I’ve reached out to this person he has given no response. It’s been months since I reached out, and my accident was a year ago with no resolution in sight. What a poor service and business practice. Do not waste your time here.
