I did not have a positive experience with this firm, though my interaction was limited to a consultation with Ruth V. Her customer service was disappointing; she came across as condescending and did not inspire confidence in her knowledge or abilities as an attorney. Your experience may differ, but I ultimately decided not to proceed with her services and shared my concerns with her.

I had a very complicated custody case. While Ruth was amazing and very helpful, I feel like sometimes I wasn't listened to when it came to certain things about my case and completely ignored when I voiced my concerns (reason for 4 stars instead of 5). In the end though, I'm thankful for what she did in terms of my case and helping me understand the court better and their process of child custody.

She is highly experienced litigating against and negotiating with small companies and large corporations like Boeing and Amazon. Communication with the attorney and staff was easy and prompt. The firm is very technology forward so everything from sharing documents via their cloud to having my own client portal was nice.
