I cant believe that people have actually given such careless ratings to this law firm. As a customer (in this case a client), your job is to give an honest and comprehensive opinion about your attorney and the law firm on a general basis. I used to live in a different state when I started my immigration process, and I could list a hundred reasons why I did not like the attorney I was working with back on the east coast. Frankly speaking though its not because she was not doing her job, it was because of her overall approach and demeanor. But that is just it, I just did not like her on a personal basis, which does not give me the right to attack their professional expertise as I do not have a J.D degree and I have no idea how hard that attorney worked to get to where they are. This is the case with doctors, therapists, and yes attorneys. Not everyone gets that great work relationship and thats alright, just don't attack professional about something you know nothing about. My experience at this firm has been nothing less than perfect. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Attorney Ciaran Patrick Pratt has represented me and my spouse for both my AOS case and removal of conditions processes. He is very patient, honest, organized, and knowledgeable. For example when my spouse and I could not make it to our appointment with him because of a family medical emergency, we had to postpone our appointment with him twice which ultimately resulted us in being three hours late. Our attorney was so patient and understanding with us, there was literally no signs of him being upset with us (eventhough he had the total right to be), and he did not rush us, or make us feel like we were at fault. Most attorneys would possibly drop a clients case if something like this were to happen. Additionally, the firm has very reasonable rates for their services, very generous payment plans, and most importantly they do not discriminate in any way, especially for LGBTQ clients.
