Osterhout Berger Disability Law delivered what they promised. They told me from the start that they thought I had a strong case for SSDI. Tracy the Paralegal that I worked with was incredible, and very attentive and responsive to all of my requests and many phone calls and questions. She is AWESOME. All though, my case was denied on initial and appeal, the hearing process was very well thought out. Linell, the attorney assigned to my case was very efficient. She had a great consultation with me to get to the heart of my issues and prepared very well thought out questions to ask me during the hearing with the judge. Only good thing I can say about this place was partial friendliness. Apparently they do not take on the cases of the mentally disabled, Legal assistant would not let me speak with an attorney about the case I was bringing to the table. I have a pretty solid case, My judge left out my disability in his decision and got fired again after a day of work after trying to work again. I have new evidence and proof of judge leaving my disability out. Do not come here if you have a mental disability as they will deny you without letting you speak to an attorney about why you would like to hire them on for you.

to say that I am completely thankful for the service that I received is an understatement. My LTD situation was a tricky one. I was approved benefits but months later they were taken away. My SSA lawyer (at the time) advised me not to appeal since there was surveillance of me out and about. He advised that I should let the case drop and focus on SSA. Shortly after, he withdrew from my case and stated that I did not have a chance. Well, he was wrong! I found a new SSA lawyer who connected me with Mr. Erik Berger. I spoke with Mr. Berger briefly over the phone and advised him that I only had a week left in order to appeal and if he did not take my case I would completely understand. He did the opposite. He asked me to come in and meet with him. He was 100% upfront with me and told me that it will be difficult but he was up for the fight as long as I was. 5 months later, I received news that my benefits were being reinstated effective immediately. I cannot say thank you enough for believing in my case even after I had little faith in it. It has been a great pleasure working with Mr. Berger and the staff. I highly recommend Mr. Berger and this law firm, not only because he was willing to take my case but because even though there was a great chance that I would not win, he took that risk and worked hard.
