I recently had the pleasure of working with this law firm. From the very beginning, they were very attentive, not only to me but also to my family. We have to understand that after a car accident, dealing with insurance isn't an easy process. This law firm took care of everything, especially keeping us informed. Diana and Yvette always kept me updated on my case and were always very kind and attentive. Personally, I highly recommend this law firm.

If I could give zero stars I would these lawyers are scam artists they got me as a client using a tow truck driver which is illegal I later found out. They are very unethical They lie about your money give you the run around blame everyone else and in reality it is them holding your case up to line there pockets I would highly suggest if anyone has experienced things you feel are not right contact the texas state bar and file a grievance complaint with the chief disciplinary council this firm did not look out for my family at all they pretend to in the beginning then they offer help and when the big money starts coming in you do not hear from them. You ask questions or for updates they get irritated or simply just don't respond untill you just blow their phone line up 24/7 and even then you get very little or nothing informative from them or secretaries this firm left my family in a bad place financially because they lied about when I got my settlement never told me untill I started calling around finding out for myself. Not to mention I was charged a whopping attorney fee knowing the way they procured me as a client was illegal and that attorney fee should be refunded as they know this should have never been charged avoid at all costs I could go on and on about what I have been threw with this firm and there crooked lawyers and workers but I am letting the chief disciplinary council deal with it I would highly suggest the same for anyone who had been done wrong by these folks.

horrible experience with them I never received calls or updates even worse never received my money for my accident neither did my girlfriend I moved out of town for work due financial problems from the accident when they called the rare time was to tell us how much we got from the accident and I told them I’m out of town the secretary was rude telling they can’t wait and I said I can go over there when needed and she said ok and hung up after that never received a call or emails please read the reviews so you won’t get scammed of your money and get into worse financial problems while they fill their pockets to the brim I never saw a cent of my accident compensation worse experience but the lord Has a place for cheats and thieves god bless them and there souls and may he shut down this Lawfirm so others won’t be scammed and cheated.
