This is to NelsonBryanCross and Joel DiLarenzo, I’m reaching out to you with deep concern regarding the handling of the 3M lawsuit, particularly in relation to how veterans like myself are being treated. While it initially seemed like the firm was advocating for veterans, the reality has been far from that. Veterans are receiving checks that we can’t even cash, and any attempts to get answers—whether by email or phone—are met with silence. To make matters worse, the firm has disabled client reviews on Google and is deleting any negative feedback. This kind of behavior raises serious ethical concerns and is a slap in the face to those of us who put our trust in this process. Adding to the suspicion, the firm is now listed as “permanently closed,” which raises alarms that something underhanded is happening with our money. The fees being charged are outrageous—over 51%—meaning if a veteran is awarded $5,000, they only see $2,300 after lawyer fees and the so-called “common benefit” fee. Meanwhile, the lawyers are walking away with millions, while veterans like us, who have sustained long-term injuries, are left with a fraction of what we deserve. This is inhumane, unethical, and utterly unjust. We need to find a way to get the help we need because this treatment is unacceptable. I hope you can offer some guidance or assistance in rectifying this situation. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I just got my disability approval phone call today! It was a long, tough road getting to the hearing after being denied. Clay is my lawyer and he did a wonderful job at the hearing. Joanna is always a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend Nelson Bryan and Cross if you are applying for disability.

Took veterans cases for the 3M earplugs mass litigation they don’t respond anymore not even giving updates on our cases. I am start to believe this is fake and fraudulent. I will be seeking a lawyer about this dilemma. All you have to do is respond to our emails instead of ignoring us. Probably took our settlement and planning not paying us veterans. Smh

After they achieve their agenda you never hear from them. I was told my settlement was ready 2 weeks ago they have stopped all communication, and are holding my payment for unknown and unjustified reasons.

Wow some of you veterans obviously don’t own google search and can see that the case is still ongoing no settlement has been reached.. now about responding to emails yea They could do a little bit better job than thay but I’m betting they get a lot of emails about this weekly.. would be nice to get another video explaining how the brankruptcy thing is going..
