Disappointed. Wish they have better communication with their potential client. Made a consultation appointment on Wednesday. Supposed to have a consultation appointment at 3:30pm and didn't hear back; no call or anything. So I waited for 8 mins and decided to call them to figure out what's going on. The lady who picked up said that because I need fill out the "intake form" first before the appointment, which I was NOT inform of when I made an appointment via phone call. I took the form together with the lady on the line and was put on hold for about 10 mins and then the call dropped. I called back saying that the call dropped. The new person who picked up said that the attorney is not going to be available as she's going to be in consultations back-to-back until the end of the day and I need to reschedule for next week, the earliest being Wednesday. I wish they would've call me as schedule. even if I didn't fill in the "intake form", it seems very simple enough that we were able to do it via phone call within 2 mins. I've wasted my time as I have to take off work to be on this consultation call and still not able to get the consultation that I want. Wish they would respect people time. Really disappointed.
