Was referred by another national law firm, told Moore group would contact me within 24 hrs, never heard from them. I called 4 times before getting a live person to be told someone would be contacting me by 1 pm....I finally called back around 2:30 to be told "sorry, we don't think we can handle your case". Would have been nice to have found this out without me having to make 5 calls.

Proceed with caution before working with this law firm and Mary/ Jennifer in particular. We followed these women to give them our business and they offered mistruths and manipulation for that honor. Document, document. A settlement that was guaranteed to be 60%- paid out 30%!!!!! They are purposefully vague and that's bc they are holding you off, stalling you.. The deceit is unlimited. Don't get me started on all the avoided phone calls!! Go with a lawyer that is honest, transparent and dedicated. It's so sad that people still do business this way! They took advantage of a stage 3 cancer patient. We won't stop until they make things right. And we'll be filling a complaint with the class action lawsuit in relation to this case.
