Maria Alvarez

Maria is one of the top immigration attorneys in Chicago. A lot of people don't like the fact that she does not lie or sugar coat anything nor does she tell the client what they want to hear, she tells you the truth. I'd rather have the truth rather than have someone like and take my money. The only critique I have is I wish she offered flat fees vs. hourly.

I was referred to Maria via a different lawyer regarding a complicated situation regarding immigration. I have never worked with a lawyer before so I had no clue what to expect. Maria and her secretary Lupe were a god send. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I. They answered every phone call, and returned every phone call. I cannot recommend Maria enough.

0 would be my rating if it was possible. Maria Baldini was NOT a good lawyer, she did not know what she was doing and does not work for the client but for the MONEY! Her work is sloppy, does not make sure that things are well reviewed and is very unprofessional. She made numerous errors

My experience with this office was not positive at all. Maria Baldini, it one of the most expensive immigration office. And be expensive doesn't mean good job. Plus Maria Baldini, is an immigration lawyer but posses no culture humility.
