I meant to write this 2 years ago . If I could give 0 stars I would. In my honest opinion, if you weren’t at fault in an accident. Learn the laws yourself and negotiate like hell with insurance. I’m sick of all these lawyers making money off the backs of innocent people’s getting hurt. I was involved in a car accident. I had a torn artery. I never got my payments added for missing work, onto my insurance claim. My car ended up breaking down shortly after my claim was closed. They told me my car is too old to trade in. I was dumb enough to sign paperwork to not continue my case. I even reached out to a different lawyer because something didn’t feel right. That lawyer ended up knowing Knapp, didn’t want to help me. I know this office got a nice payout for not pressing further with thé insurance company. It doesn’t matter what paperwork they show. This office is dirty, I wished I should’ve listened to my intuition, and handled everything myself.
