I hired Matt 20 years ago when my ex attempted to stop me from seeing my daughter because i had visitation rights taken away for years from another relationship. She tried to tie both cases together. I was in a mess and had no hope at all. Matt took my case and at the 1st hearing, got the other attorney thrown off from representing my ex at all because
her attorney represented me many years ago briefly. My ex had to hire another attorney, and while doing so, Matt advised me that I take advantage of this and sit down and write an agreed visitation plan up. My ex and I did. Weeks later the new attorney tried to get it thrown out of court but the judge said since we agreed on the plan that the plan was valid.
