Rosario got me custody of my 4 month year old baby daughter. I am a single male living in Oakland. For me to get unsupervised visitation and overnights with my baby is unheard of. Once I put my retainer down Rosario and her team handled everything else. If you have the money, and want the best Rosario is who you want. She does cost a little extra because she is a state certified specialist in family law. That doesn't mean anything to you, but it means a lot to the court system. My child support payments are $20/month. I don't expect you to believe me. I don't know a proper way to post proof without revealing sensitive information. Check her BBB rating and look her up via her BAR # and make your decision. People mad that she charges too much are misinformed, and people saying she doesn't return phone calls are probably stupid. Family Law is about your paperwork being absolutely correct and neither me nor the court found any errors in any documents submitted by Rosario and her office. The only thing Ms. Billingsley gave me for this review is my newborn baby daughter.
