I highly recommend Michael Bugni and his team. Michael Bugni is vastly superior to the several other divorce attorneys I hired prior to hiring Michael. I hired Heritage Filer and she issued me an ultimatum the day before my response documents to the court were due. I answered her ultimatum by introducing her to my new attorney Brian Zaunich and asking her to provide a copy of everything to Brian. Heritage filed with the court that I was pro se when she knew as a first person fact that I was hiring Brian. Heritage Filer violated court rules in doing so. Brian said he would ask the court for additional time, but did not, was non-responsive, and then did not show up at the court hearing, and the family law court ordered that I pay spousal support money that I did not have, as my then wife had emptied all my bank accounts and took all my pay checks and credit cards. I then hired Elise Buie Law only to have them assign me to a paralegal who made little progress and then fired me. Michael's hourly rate was higher but he gets much more progress to resolution per unit of time spent. Please see my reviews for Heritage Filer and Brian Zaunich.

Stay away from this firm, Natalie Beckmann to be exact. They hold my trust for two more months after she withdraw from my case. And used that trust after she withdraw from my case. She is not there to help you in any way she just sees you as money cow. The owner is even bigger joke. Overall not a good pick

This attorney was referred to me by a friend. I was in a pretty raw place at the time, and quite vulnerable. He not only berated me on a couple of occasions, but when I told him my ex was breaking into my house, threatening, and stalking me, he told me I COULD NOT GET A RESTRAINING ORDER. He said I should use my "womanly wiles" of persuasion to get my ex to sign the agreement he (Mike) had worked so hard on. It's highly possible Mike Bugni will read this and retort that I owe him $6k. He would be right. Sue me. I'm no longer the docile damsil from 2016 and I will fight him.

Melissa Rogers was a godsend. I wish I could afford continuing to work with her. This firm is pricy but take it from someone with 225 items on their court file. If you are in a situation like mine and can afford Melissa’s services she is well worth it. She doesn’t miss a detail.
