I'm a long time victim of identity fraud and I recently found out that a terrorist had used my name and illegally signed it for his petition court case. When I called to get help, she was very unprofessional. Instead of handling it properly, she mindlessly said that she had no way of proving that it wasn't me who signed it when I don't have anything to do with the wrongdoer nor was I even home at that time. By assuming false information when I'm actually the one all about honesty and siding with an actual liar who used my name without my knowledge shows her lack of discernment when it comes to true justice. Truly shameful.
