I was encountering an unjustifiable termination issue with my employer and felt helpless. With a family to provide for and my income on the line, it was a nerve-racking, gut-wrenching time of tumultuousness. After being turned away from multiple law firms because clearly my case was not big enough for them, I was beginning to feel anxious to say the least. Enter Joel Waelty. Right off the get go, Joel provided a sense of relief and advocacy. In the initial stages of my issue he was providing advice without trying to rush me into a contractual agreement, and was providing solace that the law was in fact on my side. As things progressed and he was formerly my legal counsel, it was irrevocably clear that Joel fought relentlessly on my behalf. I was truly out of my depth, but it felt to me that I was the biggest and most important case in his practice every interaction and every step of the way. A lot of people will throw out the "we advocate for the little guy" jargon in a buzzword-like fashion, but Joel personifies it and embodies it in everything he does. I was facing a situation where I would be left with nothing, but with Joel's support and fighting for me I walked out ahead. I am extremely fortunate to have met him and consider him a friend. I am sure every client he has had shares my sentiment and I highly recommend him
