When our business had severe financial issues in 2018, we hired Mr. Buddy Ford to lead us through the bankruptcy process. In our industry we’re used to stress, but the stress we had when deciding to file bankruptcy was beyond sickening. Additionally, it does takes a hit to your pride. We decided to put aside our pride and looked for an attorney and found Mr. Ford. Before we talked to Buddy, we were uncertain as to what our options actually were. We actually thought we were finished and ruined. We’d had so many things affect our business that were completely out of our control (politics, government regulations and policies, unstable markets, etc.). We’re very glad we called Buddy’s office! Buddy and his team worked with us to construct a plan that would correct our course and resolve issues with our creditors. Within a year, while reporting to a Trustee monthly, our plan was approved by the court and implemented. Four years after filing, we have successfully exited the business on our terms! Hopefully we never have to do it again, but if we did, we’d hire Buddy Ford. He earned our business! Thank you Buddy for all of your leadership, hard work and diligence! The team at Buddy Ford's practice is thorough, professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgable. Buddy's experience shines through in his leadership of the cases and is perfectly complemented by his team, especially in working with Jonathan Seamch. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to navigate both a business Chapter 7 and a personal Chapter 11. Filing chapter 11 Bankruptcy or any Bankruptcy is a huge stress in ones life , it was for me, not knowing or understanding what to expect and how to handle the situation. Hiring the right attorney for this is the most important decision you will make. The professional people at Buddy Fords law firm are outstanding and helpful through every step of the way, always there when you call and always giving you the attention you will need going through this. I've called Buddy Saturdays and Sunday's, even at 8 in the evening, he always answer his phone. Seeing Buddy and Jonathan in court doing there jobs and seeing the respect they have from there peers tells a lot about there character. Walking in there office for the first time and feeling comfortable with its surroundings, they set that atmosphere of just being down to earth good people, its hard to find that feeling. My chapter 11 was not and easy undertaking, a lot of time and effort went into this, and there was not one time that I felt they were not on top of this for me. If your going to hire a bankruptcy attorney and there office staff these are the ones, it does not get any better.

Buyer Beware Any help beyond normal is non-existence. At one point Ford didn't remember or was not even aware they were supposed to submit an order. Guess they weren't paying attention. At first everything was great but then they lost interest in the case.
