A little late in posting but if you're looking for a mediation professional who's knowledgeable and dedicated to getting results, go with Monica. Our case was in Hillsborough County, FL. Her " no nonsense " approach along with her commitment to excellence goes unmatched. She won't tell you what to do, but she'll present each side, and if you've been dealing with a " high conflict" case or someone who's they're not willing to negotiate, she's pretty convincing. For our case, she'd blocked out the entire day to ensure we received a much time as necessary but cautioned if advancement wasn't progressing towards resolution, she wouldn't waste our time there either. Would absolutely recommend.
