Last year I was very displeased with Unemployment for snatching my taxes, something that was covered when Mr. Perlick did my Bankruptcy, it to a very long to to recovery my taxes last year, Mr Perlick worked very hard last year to get them back for me, only for unemployment to snatch them again this year! I spoke with Mr Perlick and he’s taking care of it, and hopefully it’ll be resolved for inched and all! Thanks to Mr. Perlick for having the patience to Deal with unemployment, because if anyone every had to deal with unemployment it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone!

Takes advantage of a sweet elderly gentleman who has lived in his house for years with the woman he loved and son he raised. Tells him he is working on things but really doing nothing and then waits to the last day, before this this sweet elderly gentlemen loses his house, to say he can't do anything for him. That is lower than low in my book.

I recently had the privilege of using the office for my chapter 13 bankruptcy. Everything was good for the most part except for when my property sold and the bankruptcy order that was supposed to be signed by the trustee was late because of this office not filling it immediately after my property sold. Very dissatisfied with this holding up my closing(but the signature was completed eventually by the judge) but just very lax on this offices behalf. So my advice? Be careful...

This lawyer cheated a home owner out of his mortgage deal. The home owner's name was Drew Whitfield. His father was suffering from cancer while simultaneously grieving over the mother's recent death. This family hired this lawyer, and for several years in the process of setting up their mortgage deal to sell their home, this lawyer stole nearly all of the family's earnings. For this, the family ended up getting evicted for this scandal. After that, this lawyer completely divested himself from the family he cheated. He offered no help, and not even a return for what he stole. They weren't left with anything. The family is doing good now thanks to donations from several people. To future clients, do not put your trust into this man, Zachary Perlick. He is a fraud who should be fired immediately.
