Update was finally able to get in touch and my question was able to be answered. He was not particularly kind because of my prior review but was able to answer my question. I understand why his rating is so bad I've called about 10 times over a 1 year period and he had yet to return my call. May be posting a review will get them to return it. I mean my call is like a 5 minute call.

Not my story, but a faithful telling of a tale of woe by an elderly woman about the "assistance" Zachary Perlick has failed utterly to provide. I've taken her 4-page story down verbatim, transcribed it, and reviewed it carefully with her. I would love to share how he is trying to foreclose on her home of 30 years. Her name is on the deed, but since only the name of her dead mother is on the mortgage, he is trying to get her evicted as a squatter. This man is a weasel of the first order.

Takes advantage of a sweet elderly gentleman who has lived in his house for years with the woman he loved and son he raised. Tells him he is working on things but really doing nothing and then waits to the last day, before this this sweet elderly gentlemen loses his house, to say he can't do anything for him. That is lower than low in my book.
