Me and my husband ended up going with a different lawyer and decided not to proceed with her. First I disliked how she asked my husband if he had any tattoos or if he was part of a gang or committed a crime all because he was from El Salvador I felt that extremely racist. Just because you are from El Salvador doesn’t mean all of us are in ms13 especially because my husband is very Christian and don’t even believe in tattoos she also said our wavier was going to be extremely difficult to approve and that a lot of people give up half way through the process I did not like her energy at all we went with a different lawyer who gave us faith in the process and said the comments that this lawyer gave me were uncalled for. My husband has no deportation because he was under title 42. This lady doesn’t know what she is talking about the consultant was also 100 and she was over charging for her services our lawyer only charged us 50 and was half the price of this lady’s services he also has a high success rate

Do not recommend! The paralegal took my information down wrong, and kept calling my fiancé my wife. She asked that I text (not email) her some forms and payment proof, which I tried every text failed that contained the info. I texted her and told her this, minutes after failure. she doesn't reach out. The next day, my appointment time came up and nothing. I had to call in and send over the paperwork to an email and proof of payment, eating into the time I had allotted for this call. By the time she had "everything", the time was half way over. This office is represented as professional, and their product you purchase is advice/counsel. They cannot schedule a meeting correctly, they won't tell you when they don't receive information in advance, and we are supposed to trust that they can handle our case/provide counsel? They waste half your time (that you are paying for) catching up on what they should have done prior. Anyone who has went to the Dr in the past five years knows that it isn't difficult to get paperwork in advance AND show payment (I mean, who asks these days to send a screen shot of payment? with a credit card??) If you are looking for a law firm that so disorganized that they cannot schedule an initial consultation (paid, btw) correctly - you may have found the right firm for you. However, if you want professionalism, you might want to heed my warning here and look at other firms. Edit: They seem to be unsure on how to cancel the $100 fee I paid in advance. Great. Now I get to open a dispute with AMEX. I cannot believe all the five star reviews below me - This is not the experience I had at all.

I contacted Ms. Yovanna Vargas to assist with my wife's Adjustment of Status (AOS) process, work authorization and Advanced Parole permission after her K1 Visa was approved. I did not feel comfortable attempting to navigate the many steps and procedures myself to successfully achieve my wife's AOS. I placed my trust in Ms. Vargas and her team and it was absolutely the best decision I could've made. The process is well underway and per USCIS tracking the AOS is only a few short months away from completing. To date, my wife has her work permit, SSN and Advanced Parole and only took 6 weeks to obtain. Ms. Vargas and team (major thanks to Gabriela and Yoana) are spectacular. They are all kind, understanding and most important patient. They always took the time to address all of our questions and insecurities. They were all with us each step of the way and that was instrumental in providing us with peace of mind throughout this entire process. If you're thinking about it, my suggestion would be don't. It's a tedious and complicated process. It only seemed easy from my vantage point but only because of the obviously vast knowledge and experience this team has with the immigration processes. Thank you soooo much Ms. Vargas, Gabriela, Yoana and the entire law office team! Update: My wife's AOS was approved 12/22/2024. We happened to be in Colombia undergoing my wife's invitro implantation, permitted under her approved advanced parole, when we got the wonderful news. I took just 7 short months and I'm fully aware it potentially could've taken 18months. Having the right team has made all the difference. Ms. Yovanna's and her teams expertise has been paramount and I know we would not be in this position if not for Ms. Yovana Vargas and her law team. Thank you so much!

I actually found Yovanna's office on google, and read a lot of google reviews before making this choice. Yovanna and her team took their time with my case. They were very thorough and guided me through the whole process with ease. They kept me up to date, and they were in communication constantly. I received approval of my citizenship in record time! I was blown away! Thank you again Yovanna and team!
