This group is obviously competent and qualified attorneys, but not for business litigation. Which was my error in hiring them, as I spent nearly $17,000 to result in dismissal of my lawsuit. ALSO- Beware of their duplicate communications between partners, as their triple and quadruple carbon copy of emails will nearly double your legal fees. My advice, keep looking.

Horrible experience. I retained counsel to draft franchise documents. I was told the cost and estimated 3 weeks to complete. After 2 months, I received an additional invoice even though I paid in full. When I inquired, I was told to “google how much it costs to obtain franchise documents” and that it would be double to quadruple the price I was originally quoted. This should have been communicated upfront and not half way through. We could not have made this easier on John as we had a franchise consultant that handed John everything he needed. It is clear this firm has little to no experience drafting these documents and found themselves in over their head. I asked John to call me in the morning hoping to come to some sort of resolution. Instead, he sent me a half done draft and a closure document. I’ve never felt more like a number. This place has scammy tactics. I would stay far far away and definitely don’t take their word on anything.
