Failed to follow up on the Fiancé visa after 2,500 paid to her firm. 1-1/2 years of my time wasted with her office. They provided no service beyond filing the initial application which anyone can do online. So for this I didn't receive the proper service for my investment. My advice is don't use this firm for Visa applications. Extremely frustrating to waste my time. I feel I was robbed.
