Let me start by saying, I wish Google would allow you to put zero stars. I am not a client of Weaver’s. And with that being said, I will say, I know several clients of his personally, that I have even visited his office and sat with said clients in a private setting with him. If you want to lose your cases, by all means, he’s the man for you. I think a dead animal could do better all around than he. He doesn’t put effort in if you are having him as a court-appointed representative. The second the DA gives him a terrible offer, he’ll tell his clients that they should take it. He doesn’t fight for anything, good or bad. He gives his clients no hope, no motivation, and no guidance of any kind towards bettering their chances. He constantly has a terrible attitude, and isn’t smart enough to at least TRY to hide his repulsive attitude from his clients. If anyone has ever won their case with him, I’d say it was pure luck. Would strongly suggest you hire or ask for ANYONE else. This man is not who you want to represent you.

He is a great lawyer. He has called me almost daily and given me updates and recommendations on what I should be getting done. He has worked hard for my case and watching him in a court room setting was inspiring. When it mattered he listened and used my info even on the fly. He is very knowledgeable of the law and knows what he is talking about. Mind you this is all while being court appointed. Thank you Mr. Weaver for all you have done and all you continue to do for my family.

Most terrible lawyer I have ever had forced me to sign the rights away to my child threatened me saying that if I didn't do it though they were. Gonna terminate me could never get a hold of them And when I actually did get a hold of him he was extremely rude did not have any information to tell me always told me to call him back next week. If you get this lawyer run the other way.

I called Mr. Weaver with questions about the will he wrote my husband. He was VERY rude, and when I asked 2 questions, he answered me with questions…..Unprofessional!! Disrespectful! I brought up a misspelling and you rudely shot me down I asked if there would be any reason I might need a power of attorney? You rudely questioned me “why I am asking you that??” I did not know….that’s why I “consulted you””..then I asked about a “medical power of attorney”? Again, you answered me with “why are you asking that????!!!)did not know… I was calling for advice that you clearly did not care about ….or was incapable for you to answer and/ or to effectively communicate in my time of need. Thanks…but NO thanks!!
