John is one of the worst. Do not let him into your case. I am the father of two boys who has had custody for 15 years. John has done nothing but lie and cause problems for me including loosing time to a ex-wife who had a written journal on how she was going to kill my kids, her parents and myself. He is a real pic of work. Do not agree to let him investigate your case. He thinks he's a real master at family law.

In my opinion you could not do much worse than john lahecka. What john told one client about an incident that client thought should be brought to courts attention. This is petty and i dont have time for this kinda of petty stuff. (Some paraphrasing) and he would not bother court with such minutia. Then client tells his therapist same story about same incident involving children that john dismissed as petty and therapist says this is illegal and against the law and that tshe is bound by law to report it to police and child welfare agencies. This is indicative of his representation as far as i can find out. Then there is the fees and other question able activities. I doubt that my opinions and observations are unique and probably more like the norm. If you would like to contact me, [email protected]. This is the I repeat the worst family law lawyer in Kansas he is terrible with managing cases and really cares nothing about you or what is happening. He will happily charge you out the wazoo for a less then satisfactory representation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS SERIOUSLY!!!!!!
