My last hearing was in April. Had to fire him today because 6 months later he still had not completed any of the final judgment paperwork. He is defeatist and will tell you that filing anything at all is not going to help you because nobody cares. He will not help you with your case. He will only convince you not to help yourself. Sincerely regret ever hiring him. Was definitely misrepresented to me by his legal assistant who said that he was motivated. Still deal with constant harassment and violations of the orders from my ex-husband and he does nothing to help me whatsoever except tell me that I basically have to take it. He does not even try to file anything to help. If he hates his job and his clients this much he should just retire.

I am very disappointed that I did not get to hire Mr Shedwill. Unfortunately, I'm no stranger as far as interacting with attorneys goes. I had a free consultation with Mr Shedwill. He very patiently listened to my very long story, and advised me. He felt it would be to our better interest to wait 6 months, then go with a criminal attorney. He took his time to explain some things within the court procedure that I now understand. She also understood me. He wasn't rushed I'm trying to get me off the telephone, even when he told me it would be better in his opinion, if I went with the criminal attorney. Within 15 minutes. I've had attorneys that I paid upwards of $50,000 that left me sitting weeks without getting back to me and showed annoyance when I'd call them again. Definitely a good vibe from Mr. Shedwill. I wish him continued success. .

This lawyer represented my domestic partner in a divorce and then again to reduce spousal support. Don't hire him if you want someone that will fight for you. Shedwell was practically worthless. He was not willing to go to court and came up with some random amount on his own without considering my partner's situation. Beware of his ability to speak circles around you.

I met with two attorneys to compare and to see which attorney I would like to present my case in court. I met Jamison Shedwill and this Attorney knows what his doing. Even with distractions of phone calls he had to take through my consultation, he listens and has a lot of confidence of how his going to present my case. Which gave me confidence in what his going to do will be a positive impact in my favor. He requested $2500 deposit to present me and what ever he doesn't use out of that deposit will be refunded to me and this is all in the document I signed which made even happier that I went with this attorney. We have yet to go to court but this has been a great relief in my behalf because I have confidence he will do justice to win my case.
