The firm was founded by Howard Thomas and Joe Kimble in 1939. Initially, the firm specialized in taxation. Our practice has expanded over the years to include a broad spectrum of legal services and is one of the oldest law firms in Fresno. The founding partners always insisted that we provide only the highest quality legal services to its clients.
