I contacted Mr Issam when I received RFE (Request for Evidence) from USCIS for my CR1 immigration application visa for my wife, this letter freaked me out, and I wasn’t ready to take any action, personally, that may affect my application badly, so I contacted Mr Issam, I remember it was Friday morning, at the same day he gave me an appointment, afternoon around 4:30pm, this encouraged me more to work with him.
