So years ago Kevin closed a home purchase for me and my wife and his services we are par for our expectations. I was referred to Kevin by a family member that has had 10+ closings with him. Those closings went ok or up to his expectations. I am writing this review to share my family member experience because due to a terminal illness he is no longer able too. Kevin was hired to create a trust and add multiple properties to that trust. Kevin has lost documentation, titled some incorrectly and even did not execute a sale correctly that caused a lost deal. Kevin is someone that my family called friend after all of the years of doing business and now he won’t even return phone calls. When calling from other numbers he picks up only to say he is on it. Never to be heard from again. We have had no choice but to move on in hopes finish what Kevin started be before our loved one passes. What a shame, I am not sure what has happened to this once thriving attorney but I would not recommend you take a chance if this is how he treats his long time client.
