He shouldn’t even get a star! Worst lawyer ever was good to get the payment and do the first meet up but didn’t do anything for us after! We would call or text like he asked and wouldn’t respond until weeks later we emailed him and told him we were requesting a refund because my partner was released with out him and we no longer needed his services. I let him know I was going to file a grievance with the bar amd he told he he would see what he would give me a refund when he was back from vacation and never did. So then a couple of weeks I asked him about it and he tried to send us a paper where he was charging outrageous fees for a text message and call so that it would add up to more than he initially charged.

I would recommend Brodney Moses to anyone needing a lawyer. I was indicted for 11 felonies and Brodney Moses got 11 of them dismissed. He has helped me with my criminal law needs and also my family law needs......he is willing do what is needed to get what you need done...he is great at understanding, down to earth guy who understands real life issues. STAY AWAY! This attorney is both unprofessional and money hungry. I had hired the attorney for a case involving myself and my children. After a month or so, I realize that I probably wouldn't need the attorney anymore and ask for a refund on the down payment. This was in June that I hired him, by the end of July it was apparent that we would not need him at this time. At the end of July I spoke with the attorney in reference to the return of Monies, in which he told me he would get back with me in about 3 days, needless to say 30 days later I was still chasing the attorney. I left multiple phone calls, and sent numerous emails . The attorney never returned any of them until one day and finally after I going on a rant left an email, where he then responded partially. When I say partially it's because when I asked how much money I would be refunded ( he never did anything towards our case, because at this time we still currently do not have a case), he added that he needed to make some calls to be sure that this was the right decision. And never called me back. He then finally called and told me my check would be in the mail still avoiding the answer of how much. When he returned the check it was missing a substantial amount, and it included the name of my child, which caused problems with cashing the check. I believe he did this facetiously due to us not needing an attorney which was not personal towards Mr Brodney. Either way he took it personally, and caused distress throughout the entire process. I was already on the run from a violent stalker who had just shot me out of my house and shot my 12 year old son. When I went to mr. Brodney it was in the event that I needed someone on my side, he proved to be the exact opposite. He was an enemy from the start and was only seeking monetary needs. To save all mothers, who are looking for a lawyer that looks like them the headache. Go with the right choice. I've heard nothing but good things about him and even referred him out to others at the beginning of the process, however my personal experience with him was not pleasant.

Mr. Moses was very professional. He was court appointed to my son. He kept us informed during the process. We were very fortunate to get him assigned. I would pay for his services for any future needs
