Worst decision I made was choosing this agency for representation! all they seem to care about in my opinion was getting paid, and not standing on their promises. My case was dragged out seemingly purposefully so that the retainer fee would not be refunded to me, as literally NOTHING about my case changed from March through August. I will be publishing a recording of proof of this as they are pursuing me for more money when my case didn't even go to trial, as they did not uphold their promises as "advertised." Don't waste your time even considering them, I suggest to look elsewhere if you want a better outcome
