In my situation, I needed advice on an issue, which Daphne was able to effectively provide. The process started with scheduling an hour of time on the Tava webpage, which was extremely convenient. Most other firms I found required an email or call to set up a meeting but the web appointment interface was much more convenient and simpler to use to set up the appointment. When we met, she quickly understood the issue that I was having and was able to provide information and answers to my questions. This gave me the info and confidence I needed to proceed forward in my situation. Additionally, she was also to provide advice for possible follow up steps if certain things occurred. In my case, that didn't happen but it did provide a great deal of confidence in moving forward as I had some steps to follow in case those situations did occur. If you have questions about an employment issue and need expert advice on how to handle a legal issue, I would highly recommend setting up an appointment and discussing it over with Daphne. While my situation did not require any legal representation, if it did, I would have requested her representation based on the professionalism and expert counsel she provided during my consult.
