My experience with Lynn and her paralegals that answer the phone.......WARNING!!! My opinion is this attorney is a leach and will suck you dry for every little thing. She has two paralegals answer her phone, no receptionist and so every time you call, it's a charge no matter if it's just to confirm something or something very minute; it's not asking for advice.. so her two paralegals answer the phone and they get $135/hr. 1-6 minutes on the phone...immediate $25 on up. I wanted her off the case because I was getting charged for every little email or phone call; $25 just to confirm I will be at an appointment and call to tell them that, nothing else. I have been married 4 years and Lynn takes me down the annulment trail to ring up more in fees. I researched it and tell her that is a fruitless avenue but I got charged by golly. I call to say I want to fire her and I get charged for that!!! Lynn calls opposing party's attorney without me asking or wanting her too...that's another charge. Numerous charges for every little thing that wasn't concerning giving me legal advice. This office will charge you for breathing....be very careful before you hire this law firm...they want $5,000 up front to represent you. I have retained another attorney in another area of specialty for over ten years with my rentals and he and his staff have NEVER treated me this way.
