Even lawyers need ... other lawyers? On a more serious note, while I understand the importance of wills & trusts, even for me it was confusing because there were a lot of rules, I couldn't separate the things I recall in case law from school to reality, and each state has its own special sets of rules, it just was a bit overwhelming. I didn't want to take any chances, since this is also something you really want to get done right so I went with Colby because I felt strongly that Colby's depth of knowledge would ensure that my living trust was done correctly. Colby made the entire process easy, and set up several follow ups. He was thoughtful in executing certain parts that allotted for more flexibility if (or as) needed, and helped me better think through aspects that I would have otherwise glazed over as not important. I have, and continue to recommend Colby for Wills & Trusts as he did an exceptional job for me!

So a friend of mine is going through something very similar to what I went through and I was like OMG... you should call Colby LaVelle!!! Ok, there are hardly words to describe my experience with Colby LaVelle... but I'll try... Bankruptcy is a really scary thing especially after losing my job due to Covid.
