I scheduled a virtual appointment with the lawyer, which cost me $100, and they never called me back. I was on hold for over an hour, then tried to call the office, and the voicemail said it was already closed. After much insistence, attorney Laura Jimenez answered in a terrifically rude manner, asking me why I was calling her. I explained that I had an appointment with her, to which she responded that I shouldn't call her again, that her office should call me. After trying to explain the reason for my call again and that I had paid and scheduled the appointment but that her office hadn't called me, she said, "Okay, tell me what you need." I explained it to her in a call that lasted less than 3 or 4 minutes, and she said, "When you have all the documents, bring them to me," without even telling me what documents I needed. I asked her what the documents were, and there she told me some that I supposedly needed to bring her. She told me to make the appointment in person and we'd talk again, emphasizing that I had to pay her "fee first," which for the next visit was around $2,500, without knowing if my case was admissible or not. I don't know what kind of lawyers these are, but my experience with her was terrible. Attorney Laura is unprofessional and has rude manners. The customer service at this company is terrible, not to mention they charge you and don't do their job. I do not recommend this law firm.
