I hire this firm to represent my husband’s defense right after he was detained, took them almost a month to request bond hearing. the lawyer that was supposed to be representing him during his bond hearing wasn’t even present at that moment. I spend tree days looking for a document that I have already sent to them, but the assistant Francisca told me it was a different document until judge told me that I already had it, and he even asked who was my attorney to not even knew what she was asking for. During the hearing judge denied bond to my husband since she had decided that there were not enough proofs to justify my husband was not a risk for the community (I sent those proofs and I’m sure they were not presented because the lawyer that was there didn’t mention it, the lawyer that was present told me she was hired by the firm only to cover the lawyer that wasn’t able to be there) Today after the hearing they called me to say that they are not going to appeal the judge decision because the judge said there were noting to do, but I was present during the hearing and that was not what the judge said. Do not hire them since they won’t represent you appropriately!!!
