Charles and his staff were amazing to work with, beginning to end. They followed up / followed through on everything they stated they would. I would highly recommend this group - they certainly make a really not so fun situation to go through painless and definitely helped me overcome the stigma of having to file for bankruptcy. My Bankruptcy situation was uncommon to say the least. I was referred to Charles Laputka and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We even had the bank file a motion to dismiss my filing and Charles never even blinked. He represented me flawlessly and I can’t recommend his services strongly enough.

I’m going to politely give the company a one star for my experience, I trusted this company for a bankruptcy file. Not only do I feel like my time was wasted but.. I feel like nobody been thorough and upfront and honest about what needs to get done. I went through start something with this company it has taken them it lease a week to actually try and do something with me. And in fact of me backing out of my contract they refuse to give me back the little money I did put down with out even giving me service once I left them. What’s the purpose of taking someone money with out even doing any type of work on their case? Just money hungry people this company is and force me to loose something precious. (Well witch I thought at the time) life is struggle for individuals now in days nothing I said was in consideration to them and even a refund or something I didn’t even get started on. I would think an attorney should make you feel confident and making sure your at ease with the situation but truth be told there was no security with them or an fact confidence which made the timing very uneasy and trust unworthy.

It's hard to rate a place that doesn't return your initial phone call.

I found that all the personnel at Laputka Law super efficient, so very easy to understand and helpful. They were able to assist in making an extremely difficult experience- not so difficult. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about bankruptcy. My final discharge came yesterday and now I can start fresh thanks to them.
