I engaged them for a legal consultation on 04/01. They insisted on full payment before the meeting which was not a deal breaker for me however not standard practice. A partner jumped on a video call with me for 35-40 minutes. I left the meeting with more questions and confusion than I had before and no clear strategy from my "legal consultation". She told me I should contact her over her email/phone however my calls or emails have not been returned for the past 8 days. Felt unprofessional and a quick money grab to be honest.

Treated me terrible! Not how you treat human beings or even close! I was there to serve an answer to a complaint and they wouldn’t sign for it bc it wasn’t their legal obligation to sign. They’re forcing me to seek alternative methods and waste time. The receptionist slammed her window on me, they made me wait and called the cops on me, the sheriff showed up. They really are gross! Legality isn’t a guide for morality. “Not my legal obligation to sign.”
