Don’t waste your time! Stay clear! I was being represented by Simon& Simon PC when I received a call from someone I believed to be a paralegal of sorts that worked for them who convinced me that Kwartler& M’ anus was the way to go. So he had me request a letter from Simon stating they were no longer representing me. I lost my job. I lost everything. I couldn’t provide for my family. I was in excruciating pain. I underwent months of intense physical therapy and chiro. They were very hands off. It was very hard to get anyone on a phone and when I did they were unable to answer any of my questions but always assured me that everything was moving. In fact the only call I ever learned anything was when i missed a couple Physical therapy sessions and the unsavory receptionist was harassing me to get back to therapy. She was very rude. I started to second guess Kwartler & Manoosh. Come to find out nobody has ever heard of these guys. I dropped the well known and reputable Simon & Simon PC. K&M filibustered my entire statute of limitations only to drop my case.(over a year and a half of my life)! I wish I would have read all the reviews. Read the reviews! These guys are a joke.
