it was a frustrating process with KNR. My legal team was switched multiple times, which I understand happens but no one reached out to notify us so we had appropriate contact information. I sent emails asking for updates to the previous legal team not knowing it was moved and eventually had to call multiple times before getting information. I provided my health insurance information day one and no one looked into it for a lien until half a year later which held up the process even longer. At one point I even had to intervene to secure my physical therapy notes as no one reached out to that office. Honesty feel like I could have managed the settlement without them and been able to keep the 25% since it was lower than anticipated for all the months of therapy I underwent.

My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. My fiancée and I were represented by Johnathan Breyfogle, but due to his lack of effort, I had to terminate his services and hire new legal counsel. He failed to advance our cases in any meaningful way—no settlement was secured, no investigation into the crash site was done, and no judgment was pursued. Now, he is attempting to place a lien on my fiancée’s and children’s compensation, despite having done nothing. This is unethical, fraudulent, and illegal. Communication was consistently poor—he ignored emails, failed to return calls, and showed no urgency in handling our case. He even argued with me about how long a trial would take, highlighting his unwillingness to fight for his clients. If you are looking for a lawyer who will truly advocate for you and your family, look elsewhere. This firm is more focused on making a quick profit by doing the minimum work rather than providing real legal representation.

Terrible... I don't suggest anyone considering their services. Totally selfish and inconsiderate. They are inconsistent and bribe you talk to you like you're just anything or anybody. Then leave it up for the paralegal to handle after the attorney treated you like nose tissue 👎🏿 Never will I ever call you guys again ... Ever and when somebody ask I will INFORM
